For Physical Products (e.g., books)
If you are unsatisfied with what you have received, please return the product within 180 days for a full refund of your purchase price and original shipping costs. Return shipping is not included.
For Services (e.g., webinars and seminars)
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service you received from us, email us at email@example.com. You will have the following options:
- Within 180 days of purchase: you may request 100% refund of the price of the seminar; travel expenses are not refundable.
- After 180 days and within 365 days of purchase: you may request a 50% refund of the purchase price; travel expenses are not refundable.
